Here’s how R&B And Chill handles email signups and website measurement.
Email updates and special discounts
When you join our email list, we save the full name and email address you provide, your signup date, and a record of your consent. We use this information to send R&B And Chill event announcements and special discounts. Joining is optional, and the consent checkbox is not preselected.
Our website owner can access the list and export it for use with an email service. We do not sell your signup information. Your details are not displayed publicly.
Leaving the email list
You can unsubscribe using the personal unsubscribe link provided in our emails, or email rnbandchillbusiness@gmail.com to unsubscribe, correct your details, or request deletion. We keep an unsubscribe record to help honor your choice.
Website measurement
We use first-party analytics to understand which experiences interest our guests and how people find our website. Email signup records are kept separately from website analytics.
What we measure
Public page views, approximate browser visits, broad traffic-source and device categories, time spent with a page visible, and clicks through to Eventzilla. Ticket clicks are separate from completed purchases.
How visits are counted
A temporary random identifier is kept in your browser tab’s session storage. A new visit starts after 30 minutes of inactivity. The server stores a hashed version of that identifier. Visits are estimates of browser sessions, not a count of individual people.
What we leave out
Our analytics does not store your name, email address, IP address, precise location, full browsing history, or advertising click identifiers. It does not use tracking cookies or send measurement data to a third-party analytics provider. We store broad source categories rather than full referring URLs or page query strings.
Your choices
Analytics is skipped when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Known bots, internal test events, and the website owner’s visits while signed in are excluded from reports. Blocking scripts may also prevent measurement.
Other services
When you follow a link to Eventzilla, Instagram, Facebook, or another service, that service handles your activity under its own policies. The website’s hosting provider processes requests to deliver these pages.

Corporate sponsorship inquiries
When you send a sponsorship inquiry, the contact details, company information, partnership interests, budget range and message you choose to provide are sent through FormSubmit to rnbandchillbusiness@gmail.com. We use those details to respond to your inquiry and discuss partnership opportunities. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to event marketing emails.
FormSubmit processes the submission and provides a spam-check step. Its processing is described in the FormSubmit privacy policy. You may email us directly instead of using the form. To request a correction or removal of your inquiry details, contact rnbandchillbusiness@gmail.com.
